On Hacking…
Hacking is a conceptual realization. How one chooses to realize a concept is of little consequence as method becomes merely a concept interface and as we are all learning, interfaces are interchangeable.
A hacker knows this.
Re-purposing elements by grouping disjointed entities is what a hacker does.
A hacker connects the dots.
A hacker feels that in most cases 80% of the work is complete otherwise there is a better way—even then, there is always a better way. The hack is in the remaining 20% to make it whole, to bring the concept to life.
The hacker is a creator.
The hacker is Evolution’s best tool to date. In people-space the hacker in many ways mimics the vast correlative capability of the brain by first understanding reality to predict and then structure it as seen fit.
Hackers are everywhere, not just in your computer.
When you build a car, you are constructing from nature an object that would not otherwise be made naturally. Yet here you have structured reality to now include your car. Hacking with code just takes less resources than building a car.
Evolution loves new objects, you are a hacker and that’s why evolution loves you. There is a reason why Evolution loves new objects; as _the_ agent process in the Universe, it is tasked with creating increasingly complex structures. Evolution dutifully worked away until we were born to take matter structuring to a whole new level, the hackers of the Universe. Despite the corny name, here we are.
Hacking is a conceptual realization.
We form concepts and then we realize them into people-space. Evolution cares not how large nor small nor here nor there. Rather, Evolution cares only for creation.
Hacking is creating what might not be possible without the brains to conceptualize it. This is why Evolution created brains — to help it create.
The good hacker is one that conceptualizes and then creates. The good hacker does Evolution’s work with diligence because a good hacker knows Evolution’s work and their work is one in the same.
Hacking is the act by which we fulfill the meaning of life; to create increasingly complex stable structures for these structures are data and this data is being processed.
I say Gravity is data compression, the effects of which manifest to be the attraction between masses but that is merely me hacking concepts. Never forget your inner hacker for it is the reason you have come to be.
Realize your concepts hacker and enjoy…that’s why you are here.
